HELP. How can I add a help type button for shipping section???

How can I add a (help/info) button that opens a new small window in the checkout shipping process (checkout_shipping module)???

I need that resembles the help button of the shopping cart to put characteristic of each shipping method and I find it the best form for it.

I don't know anything of php :down: , I tried to imitate the way in that the button helps works in the shopping cart module but it didn't work me although I changed the code.
