Problem with Footer

I am having an issue on my test site where I am making a new template for my client and I can not find an answer.
The template started out using the Barebones template

If you look at the image attached you can see in the footer that the footer menu extends too far.
It goes in to the background color. (not really sure how to explain it, so it is best to look at the image).

I am using the following plugins
About Us Page
Footer Menu
homepage_layout_with_hover_effects
pure_css_mega_menu

I thought it was the hompage hover or mega menu that must be causing it, but if you go to any other page, it is the same on all of them.
I looked over the footer menu plugin and can't see anything (Have used it 100's of times and never had this issue)

I am sure it is something simple that I just missed... but any help will be greatly appreciated.

OK I found the answer.
In case anyone else needs the solution.

Check your stylesheet.css

mine looked like this for the body

body {
margin: 0;
font-family: lucida sans unicode, verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
font-size: 80%;
line-height: 160%;
color: #111;
background-color: #eee;
}

I changed line-height to
line-height: auto;

And that did the trick (at least I hope it does) :)
