FCK Editor not displaying on 'Add Product' admin page

I've recently been getting to grips with Zen Cart 1.3.8 by installing it locally on my Mac.

When adding a product, I cannot see any option to use the FCK Editor in the description field. Is this still possible? As it states in the Zen Cart 'manual' that there is a HTML editor, but I'm wondering if this is no longer possible.
