How do I view and edit (cancel) purchases?
My customers appear to be experiencing difficulty in their use of my cart, which just went online yesterday. I can find a list of customers but they believe that they have been charged multiple times and I can't find that data anywhere. I am looking at the Customers list and it says they have 0 orders but I keep getting notifications from Authorize.net that they are being charged. How do I fix this?

We do not use Authorize.net, we use merchant services with quickbooks, but if it is anything like merchant services you can log into your credit card processing account and check the recent transactions and it shows if there have been any charges. If you don't have any pending orders in your admin then there is a chance that it is scammers. We have had several and have heard of other store owners that have had the same issues with fake orders. No its not scammers. These are people that are trying to register for races we manage. They are being told that their billing address does not match, however the credit card is actually going through.
Pretty wierd. Any idea where that is coming from?

Unfortunately I don't. I could definately talk to my manager who has more experience with that type of situation.
