Customers unable to complete orders for gift certificates
I recently had version v1.5.5f installed. Since then, the gift certificate purchase has not been working. Customer can add the GC to their shopping cart and go to checkout, but cannot complete the purchase. It just continually goes back to the Checkout :: Select Shipping/Payment and Confirm Your Order page. Help!

Hi Linda, I do have one debug file called myDEBUG-one_page_checkout-6128-2019-05-20.log

That log has now been removed, it was a test debug log for OPC when I tested it and was full of my personal info... not relevant to this problem

What version of One Page Checkout is being used? There were issues with the checkout of virtual products (like GCs) in previous OPC versions.

... and does it ONLY fail when one page checkout is used? Can you revert to standard checkout and verify it there to be sure?

Problem has been resolved by updating OPC
