Contact Us problems - Zen Cart 1.2.5
Hi,
I have problem with my client's website.
He's using Zen Cart version 1.2.5
The problem is when the users send emails from Contact Us,
it shows that the emails were successfully send.
However, my client receives no emails at all.
I've tested several times and changed the setting of the email from Admin,
but somehow the emails just stuck somewhere.
Here is the settings:

Furthermore, I've tried to send email from the Admin (Tools>Send Email) and it works.

The contact us email is being sent to lmboud@... but the delivery failure message is being sent to lmboud00@.....
Could it be that the lmboud@ address does not exist or has been deleted?
If it does exist then I would say it is a DNS problem.

I saw that too. I've no idea who or how those email addresses (lmboud00@[email protected] or lmboud@[email protected]) came from.
DNS problems? What's that mean?
How to change the email address, and the host name is also wrong.
Could I change it from Admin?

Try Admin-Configuration-Email Options for the mail addresses etc. I'm afraid I don't know too much about version 1.2.5, never used it.
By DNS problems I mean that the internet naming system Name and Mail server records for this domain are not set up correctly.

Numerous things has changed since this version. Upgrading to the latest version of Zen-Cart would be highly recommended in this case.
