Greetings. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope you may be able to help me.
I would like to make certain customer information optional. I have read the contents of this thread however it does not clearly (to me) explain how to do this. Specifically, I am looking to make optional, or hide, the Mr/Mrs and phone number selections.

The Mr./Mrs. can be turned off in Admin - Configuration - Customer Details
There's a mod here for the phone number - I haven't used it.

Most tend to miss this little nuance to telephone number ... :eek:
Just leave the setting on Minimum Values for the telephone number blank ... not 0, but blank as in nothing ...
Then, change the language file for the Required on the phone number to be '' vs '*' so it does not look required ... :smile:
