Resend receipt to customer
How do you resend a receipt for the order to the customer by e-mail after the orders complete?

They should be able to login and view their history

or go to Admin/Customers/Orders and open/edit the order in question.
Near the bottom of the order in the comments add the term
"Duplicate Receipt"
Make sure you Check "Append Comments" and "Notify Customer" and press "Update".
This will not change the state of the order and they will get an eMail similar to the original with the appended comments.

Thank you John! Finding this in my search saved me for posting a similar question. My webhost had a temporary SMTP outage and while the transaction completed successfully, the customer didn't receive an invoice. Now I know how to send it manually.
