HOW TO CHANGE FROM API signature to API certificate?

Any one knows hot to modify zen cart so it use API certificate rather than API signature?

The Zen Cart modules are designed based on API signature.
If you want to handle certificate mode instead, you'll have to (extensively) rewrite the modules to do that.
