Some customers can't get to Payment Page because they can't click the button? IE6?
We have a strange issue that we are unale to replicate on our site. We have ad numerous customers contacting us to say that they cannot proceed to the next page after selecting there payment option as the button is not displaying below the special instructions box.
All clients that have reported this problem seem to have been using Internet Explorer 6. This may just be coincidence.
Without being able to replicate the problem it's very difficult to fix. Anyone got any ideas??

Still getting this problem. Any ideas?
Happened again today and the user was running ie6. I'm thinking it must be related.
I have tried it in ie6 and ie7 and i can't replicate the fault.

Yes this is an issue I have had 3 customers tell me about this past week alone I hat to think how many are not even bothering to let me know and how many sales I am missing out on. Has anyone had this issue and would changing to another checkout version help?
edit Also all of the people telling me are using IE6 but are not savy enough to tell me which version as I think some updates of IE6 do work but a large chunk do not

since you have custom template , chances are that problem is with CSS rules.. as you know , IE , specially version like 5 and 6 got many issue with CSS , you may want to look there since this problem is not being reported by other browsers.
