USPS Shipping Method not showing up at Checkout?

Hi,
Bear with me...this is going to be lengthy. I've added two domestic shipping methods, parcel & priority to my website, and it shows me the options with the prices, but when i hit 'continue checkout' (regardless of which option I chose) I only get one option showing up. Any idea what i may be doing wrong? Here is all my info as i have set it up....

Having said that, I just fixed my problem by calling the USPS number in my activation email to switch to the USPS production server (then by selecting "production" in the USPS module settings).

I later discovered I had a ton of emails from USPS saying "You are not authorized to connect to this server.", since I had debug turned on in the module settings. They were generated while I was fiddling around wondering why the USPS shipping method wouldn't show up during checkout (or in the "estimate shipping" feature).
