creating about us page.....

I've downloaded about us page add on from zen cart site, and follwed the instruction.
I bought the template from the template monster.

/includes/modules/sideboxes/theme133/information.php

for this one, I didn't have theme133 folder
which means when i went to /includes/modules/sideboxes/
there was no theme133 folder (MYTEMPLATE).
So I created folder and uploaded information.php

is this a right way of doing it?
Now, when i go to the about us page link, it directs me there but i don't see any link from the homepage....

HERE'S AN EXAMPLE ON HOW TO ADD TO THE "information" SIDEBOX:
a. edit /includes/modules/sideboxes/MYTEMPLATE/information.php
b. add this line, perhaps right above the "Shipping" link (FILENAME_SHIPPING):

This is the instruction downloaded, and I did have information.php but when i opened it It didnt have any code, it was blank.

So. what should I do to make a link to about us from the main page??
