Can I bypass the zencart checkout process completely? I would like have it so that when a customer clicks "add to cart," their order would be sent to Americart for processing via Authorize.net. No customer info, even name and address, would be collected on the store's site. Americart would collect customer information and send it on to Authorize.net.

Americart is not like Zen Cart. It merely collects the buyer info and sends it on to authorize.net, Paypal, or any other. The order details are emailed to the store for processing. I have used Americart with an html site for 10 years, but would like to have the features of zencart.
If you are wondering why I don't just use the Zen Cart checkout, it is because there is not a usable one page checkout.
