Google Checkout with Table shipping rates? is it possible?
HAS ANYONE GOTTEN THIS TO WORK?
My site must use table rates, we ship huge boxes. I've installed google checkout (latest version) on my site 1.3.8a and SSL, but everytime a customer goes to checkout their shipping price never registers... I've completed all fields in the checkout module, the callback url and everything... Do table rates just not work with it?

Do you have table rates listed in your googlecheckout/shipping_methods.php? And a table is defined in your modules->shipping? If not in shipping_methods.php, you will have to add it. The shipping_generator may help...
