I am trying to finish up the website by finally linking up my merchant account with the site. My merchant is Intuit, but I cannot seem to figure out how to link it up with Zen Cart. If anyone knows how to accomplish this, please share.

Intuit was, at one time, an authorize.net reseller. If that's still the case, you should be able to use that built-in payment module. If not, you'll need to ask Intuit about connecting the two.
I called Intuit and they are absolutely worthless... I can't seem to figure out what to do
Try installing the authorize.net module from Admin, and try to configure it with the info you have for Intuit. Worst case, it won't work, and you'll need a different processor.
This is the thread you need. The QBMS module is very stable. New version with new, more detailed, error reporting coming this weekend.
