Can I Offer Multiple Quantity Boxes For A Product?

I have been searching the forum but i am not sure if this feature is possible. I came upon a product attribute grid and a stock attribute type addon but i am not sure if either of these will accomplish what i want.

My Store Details:

Zen Cart Version: 1.3.8a
Addons Installed: improved_attributes_controller_1-1b

What i would like to accomplish is offer t-shirts and let the person indicated how many they want of each size so when they press the Add to cart button all the sizes get added to the shopping cart. Under normal circumstances they could just order a size add it to the cart then go back into the product and select a different size.

However since this is a customized product I need "files attached to the product", and key pieces info from them. They will give this on the "first shirt size their order" but for all other shirt sizes (i don't want them to keep having to upload the file, answer all that info) it's just wasting their times.

Like i said they already would have given me all the info when they order the first shirt size so on th 2nd and all additional shirt sizes i really only need 1-3 pieces of info from all the options show. I put the main piece of info i need with a "red box around it" so you know what i definitely need. I may need other info in the list but not sure just yet.

I figure if they can just add all quantities for each size for the product then they don't have to come back again and again to order different sizes and get confused by all the info being asked (also not duplicating themselves).

If it's not possible I'd love to have suggestions on a better way to get the info i am asking without confusing the customer since the product ask for customization info and if they have to keep going back into product to get a different size it could get confusing. Especially if say they "add a size that has all the details) then decide they "don't want that size" and delete it then they may forget to give the info in a different size.

NOTE: I understand how to add "attributes" as you can see already have sizes in a dropdown box but i'm just not sure i can get qtys for all the sizes at the same time.

Nevermind I tried the product attribute module and it lets me have multiple quantites. I now have a new problem i will list in a separate post

This sounds just like what I'm trying to do, please could you tell me how you got it to work?

You have to install the Product Attribute Grid module. Once you follow the direction to install it you then add a new option. You select the type of GRID as it's type and the qty boxes show up.

NOTE: There are 2 version of the product attribute grid version 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 i found that the 1.1.1 is missing a paragraph about how to use the module which i discovered a few days ago.

You may want to also download very 1.1.0 to see the missing paragraph that deals with how to setup a qty box.
