Cannot download anything from site

Hello all, I would really appreciate some help.

I just signed up with Zen-Cart about 2 weeks ago. I don't have any Add-Ons installed. The only customizations I've made to my site have been logos.

The problem that I am encountering is that whenever a customer orders something, they click "Download" and it goes to a page that says "Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Webpage."

All of my products are download-only (digital scrapbooking supplies), so there is no shipping.

All of my files are in the correct place - store name/download. I checked my Attributes Controller for all files and they all have green lights.

My friend and I were testing the freebie downloads and weren't figuring out why they weren't available. I found 18 orders in "processing" status in my admin, so I changed them all to "Delivered." That did not fix the situation. No one can download anything at the moment.

My site is www.digiscrapilicious.com. We've tested the freebies and also some of the $1 items. Nothing is working.

I currently have Download > Streaming enabled in my admin but I don't know if that's the correct choice. I want my customers to be able to click on the "Download" button and have their file immediately be delivered (for the freebie items, anyway).

Any advice would be very appreciated. Thank you in advance!

My husband was able to purchase a "freebie" item and it downloaded fine. But he is using Firefox and I am using IE. Any ideas?

He is able to download via IE also. We can't figure out what might be the difference between our home PC and my laptop, running on the same wireless network.

We tried that but it didn't help.

We finally figured it out that I had GZCompression enabled. Once I disabled it, I was able to download without a problem.
