EP CSV - How to use EP to add/edit multi-language categories?

Easy Populate CSV 1.2.5.6.csv.2

If a site has multiple languages installed, EP works GREAT with the FULL download with the exception of the categories. The product name, description allow entries per language, but unfortunately the categories only allows a single language.

Does anyone have a suggested "patch", "fix" or suggestion to try and get this last portion of EP converted to be multi-language friendly?

My theory was to create another link to download the categories_description table (as is, in CSV), and then upload the file and have it insert or update the categories_description table.
