Does the same thing happen on other things in the Admin when you edit?
Did you recently install the Security Patches?

If so, check that you have installed them correctly, in particular the file:
/includes/functions/html_output.php
/admin/includes/functions/html_output.php

Sounds like you've *not* updated the admin version of html_output.php properly.
I guess not :) I did it again and it worked!
