USPS.com Click-n-Ship AutoFill Button not populating text boxes for Delivery Address

I downloaded the USPS.com Click-n-Ship AutoFill Button by Qhome. It's a very helpful add-on!

I am almost there but the button is not populating the delivery address section of the usps web form for new orders. If I click on the Autofill button for an new order, the Return address textboxes are pre-filled but not the Delivery Address textboxes. However, we just transferred the web site to a new server. When I click on the Autofill button for an order that was created on the former server, the usps web form is completely filled with both the Return and Delivery addresses. I don't know if this is a clue or not as to what the problem may be.

I need some good person to help me troubleshoot this. Does anyone have any suggestions?
