Ceon Manual Card Problem - with 1.3.9b - Sorry, we are not accepting payments from yo

When trying to use Ceon 2.0.0 with zen 1.3.9b I get this:

Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.

Is it due to incompatibility or something else? - New install; shipping and payments accepted only from the country of origin (shop). No other payment options installed.

It works on 1.3.9b. Are you sure you turned it on? That's the only way I get that error is if under it's configuration menu in Tools - Modules - Payments, Enable Ceon Manual Card Module is set to No.

It sounds like you've selected a zone for the module to apply to but are trying to checkout with an address that's not in that zone.. try letting the payment method apply for all zones by selecting --none--.
