moneybookers no customer support?? how to integrate it with my store?

Hi! are there anyway i can integrate moneybookers into my zen cart??

I've already been verified and i am using it on ebay but on zen cart i cannot install the module because in my moneybookers account there is "NO MERCHANT TOOLS" where i can put the secret word

I've emailed moneybookers a week ago, 3 days apart 2 emails but until now they don't reply...

do they don't have support at all?

if case they don't is there anyway i can install the module without having that secret word?

Page 4 states:

"Choose a secret word in your Moneybookers account under 'Merchant Tools' and then click on 'confirm'. Note: this option is only available after activation. The secret word is for additional security to protect your transactions."

And page 6 shows you where the link to Merchant Tools is.
