Problem with ordering

Hi i have problem when i try to buy something. When i order this is displayed:

Those defines don't exist in a stock Zencart installation, so you've installed some mod dealing with (I think) VAT, which it looks like you haven't installed completely/correctly.

If we knew what that mod is, we might be able to help figure it out.

Yes but im not installing nothing more than italian language and ez_pages multilanguage mod, nothing more. :(
