can i use template monster 1.3.9 template for 1.3.8a zencart?

hello there,
i am working a zencart version 1.3.8a.
Now want to use a template of 1.3.9.
more specifically this one: te m p l a t e m o n s t e r . c o m /zencart-templates/29939.html[/url]

can if anybody will tell about the known issues?
does this 1.3.9 version template will conflict with my 1.3.8a cersion zencart?

need to know before purchase the template. because don't want to waste $130.

paid templates are usually not a good thing, but some of them make zencart site look much better. i am actually using premium template from 12leaves (.com) on my site http://jdmengines.org . Check the template for css validity as well as xhtml.

but 1.3.8 should work on 1.3.9, but again, not much support, if any with these premium templates.

(sorry, site offline) is pretty cool, and all templates there follow zen-cart standards 100%. also all free.

save your money, there are free templates and much cheaper ones too. i only paid $xx.

but you should also upgrade to the latest version of zen-cart. its much more secure. my site has been hacked before, on 1.3.7 and 1.3.8

Do a search in this forum for template monster and then make up your mind if it is worth 130 bucks - :shocking:

Alternatively you may want to look into the free templates available from the Free Software Add Ons :yes:
