To edit or add links to the top navigation ('New Products, Specials, My Account, View Cart, etc..') you should edit 'includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_top_nav.php'

YOUR_TEMPLATE = any of Lite or Pure series template variation name. For example, in your case you should edit 'includes/templates/black_pure_free/templates/tpl_top_nav.php'

I have a question. My site has the lite red template and the column mod added. I would like to tighten up the image, price, quantity, and buy it now button - there is a lot of space in between each line. How can I do that?

Also right now the quantity just lists the number in stock with no 'in stock' text in front - so the number is just kinda hanging in the breeze :laugh:. How can I add a label there?

I have reviewed your site. To remove the spaces you should remove some '<br>' tags in the appropriate file, that is responsible for the product displaying at this page. To add the quantity label you should edit the same file.
