Hi,
I'm receiving this dreaded error message, and I have no idea why. I haven't set up any zones. I just want to ship to the United States, so I've removed all other countries from available countries to select from.
I tried setting United States up as a zone, and defining zones and that didn't work either. I'm really not sure what to do. I have made other zen cart sites and haven't encountered this issue.

I'm at a loss here. I haven't been using Zen cart for very long, but this is my fourth site, and I haven't done anything different. Is there a troubleshooting guide that I can go through step by step to eradicate problem?
The only thing that I think could be different is this client does not use PayPal as their merchant acct. I have a module for eProcessing Network - which is working fine.

I deleted and reinstalled the eProcessing Payment module and now it seems to be working. Phew.
