I have scavenged the internet looking for ways to disable customer login for the purpose of Google checkout. When I installed Google Checkout I had security token errors on the login page. When you use Google Checkout you dont need customers to login or complete registration. This is how you do it.
step 1 Removing login button from header.
go to /includes/languages/english/classic/header.php

Hope this helps people using Google Checkout. Google checkout will automatically register them so you can still see what customers you have from the admin page and how many times they ordered.
