No Popup Images on a new install

I need to correct a bug that's stopping the popup images from displaying. I've installed this template on another new ZC install with no problems but this one is not working right.

I posted this in the template/css category but the issue happens with all templates, even classic green. Clicking the image when viewing a product does not pop a larger image. It popped the corner seal then (after I deleted the seal) it pops the header graphic or an empty box.

Sorry for the cross post: can an admin maybe move this to the correct area? I don't know where it would go at this point. None of the templates display images.

I thought the prob was caused by the design change but someone said they saw this issue before the change. I never saw it but I certainly see it now :(

Any help on what I can do/check to fix this popup image problem will be much appreciated.

Having installed many default carts I have not seen any issue with the popup
Try reloading ALL the core files so that it is function in the classic template

I re-uploaded classic and template_default and still nothing. As a matter of fact, banners don't display either. I think I'll reinstall

Well, I installed Zen Lightbox and that fixed the popup issue. It's installed in teh template override folders and even turned off (since I don't plan to use it) it fixes large image view in all templates. Even Classic Green.

Go figure
