Apparently I do not receive some order notifications to my email, but
I was notified by my payment cart instead.
What could be the the problem?
I am currently using the Zen Cart 1.3.8a version.

Enable email archiving - If ZenCart serves up the email to your mail server, that is all the control it has and one would need to look deeper into the server mail handler
