How to add PRICE With VAT and Without VAT?

Hi there,

I translated the Zen Cart in Romanian language, all works fine, but still have a question :

- How can I display the price WITH and Without VAT in Checkout Payment/Checkout confirmation ?

Currently I've added the VAT taxes from Admin panel. It display like this in my checkout payment.

I want to display
Sub-total
Shipping method
Price with VAT
Price Without VAT

Is it possible?

Nowbody know how to set Price Incl VAT and EXCL VAT in Zen Cart v1.3.9h ? :(
