When I try to add a new product and set the dimensions in the Canada Post section, it just won't save my entries. It is always 12x12x12 and in kgs and cm... Any ideas?

First
I install the Canada Post module, everything seems to work well.
But when I go to product categories / product and that I try to change
the property weight, length, width and height, the new values
are not updated.
I have to change its value in the database for they become effective.
Is there a solution to this problem ??

Hi Alain,
I am going to try to reinstall the CP module and see if that works... We have a pretty big list of products and it will be a real pain to change them in the DBase. Will let you know how it goes.

i spent the whole day trying to get all the angles, defaults in my database, issues with CP module, I even checked easypopulate.php!
I've added the dimension and ready to ship tables to easy populate, and i can edit them in the spreadsheet. I upload them and it says the right values are there on the upload summary. But when i check the product page they have reverted back to 12x12x12 and ready to ship is on (value = 1).
so any tips? anyone else got it working with the same setup?
p.s.
i just noticed that i added some products (with easy populate) with dimensions values set to 5x5x5 and ready to ship=0, i just tried to change them with easy populate and they reverted back to the same values.... this could be a clue perhaps?
I didn't know that version of easypopulate could import dimensions in the first place. I can't help you with EP issues, especially since I think that feature isn't even part of EP.
Must write a script that reads the CSV file and writes the data into the Product table in the appropriate fields
did this ever get resolved? I am having the same issue
