Okay, I've been all over the forum and found lots of suggestions but none of them tell me how to remove this "header navigation bar" above my header.
Someone suggested they knew it could be done in the admin, but I'm not finding it anywhere.

Thank you for the suggestion. But that is not what I'm trying to do.
Above the header, there is a HOME and a LOG IN and if you log in a customer that LOG IN changes to LOG OUT (and possibly other things).
I want to get rid of that header navigation bar altogether.
The EZ pages and the actual breadcrumb navigator (which is below the header, btw) are already off.
That's navMain and you can't turn it off in admin. You'll have to remove it or comment it out in tpl_header.php.
