Header Search Box error when using 2 words
When 2+ words are used in the header search box the result is a blank page with "WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again."
The search works fine when the 2+ words are enclosed in quotation marks.
Switched to Classic template and got the same results.
It does work when there is only one word. No quotation marks required.
Have not modified the header_php.php files. Upgraded from v1.39 to v1.5.
Site is: http://www.gilderfluke.com/ (Note: currently having an SSL issue - please ignore - working on getting it straightened out.)
Re: Header Search Box error when using 2 words
Works fine on my 1.5 test shop
Are you getting debug files being produced in your gilderfluke.com/cache folder (need to check via ftp or your hosting panel file manager)
Edit -----------------------

Re: Header Search Box error when using 2 words
Is this store actually open for business and trying to get customers, or is it private
as you have this meta tag as soon as the site switches to ssl, which seems to be everypage or is that the error we are ignoring?
<meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow" />
which will stop the site being indexed by search engines

Yes the store is open for business. When I check the source of a page I don't find the <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow" />. How are you viewing this?
Also - looked at the error log again - and I figured it out. I had a conflict with a custom search I had set up. Problem fixed.
