missing orders on payment info page

I need some assistance, as I am stumped. I have set up a new template but I have done something so that the order info doesn't carry over to the checkout page or confirmation page.

If I switch templates, it works, so it is definitely something I have done, but I haven't been able to figure out what...

Any guidance would be great. I would post a link, but I currently have the shop down for maintenance, because, sadly it is a live site...
