Add Phone Number to Contact Us - phone number is not on the emails?

:unsure: Has anyone used this "Add Phone Number to Contact Us" on Zencart v150? I added the addon to the contact page, sent a message under the contact page and the number does not show up in the generated email.

is there anyway you can make the phone number on the sign up page compulsory. regards dave

I got it to work.
The script definitely works.
It was just syntax user error!!!!!
