I'm useing a-modern-zen template when I setup a EZ-Pages there not showing up but if I go on the Classic Contemporary Green template it shows up can someone help me on this.

We'll need more information. Where are the EZ page links not showing up - header, footer, sidebox ?
It does not matter where I set to show up.
I have tried everywhere I really want the sidebar to work
What sort order do you have set for the ez-pages you want in the sidebox?
What do you have in Admin > Configuration > EZ-Page Settings?
