Cancel order

hi some of my client cancel the order, i want to refund the money via my website credit, insted of sending back the money via paypal we will give them a exact amount credit to our website, so that they can buy another item to our website store, do you have software or program for that. can any one help me

i think it won't work can any one here give me a store credit software for 1.5 version? it's very important to our Store to have this kind of software

You could do this one of two ways:

1. Create a coupon good for the dollar amount you need to 'refund'
2. Send them a Gift Certificate for the dollar amount. (You'll need to have Gift Certificate enabled to do this)
