Adding a Sidebox for the SSL image

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to have a sidebox for the SSL image. Is there a post anywhere on here about how to do that? (Like a step by step for dummies type post.) I'm assuming the answer is probably in the sticky for this section, but I'm going crazy trying to wrap my head around it. Is the Sticky relevant for Version 1.5?

I am using the All Business template. Not sure what other information would be helpful. Any help is appreciated. Thanks so much.
