'download has expired' for non-downloadable proiducts
Hello All,
We are moving website from windows to linux hosting and faced quite strange issue. Everything looks fine except when item is added to the cart the following message appeared:
Quote:
Your Download ...
We're sorry but your download has expired.
If you had other downloads and wish to retrieve them, please go to your My Account page to view your order.
Or, if you believe that there is a problem with your order, please Contact Us
Thank you!
And correct cart content below.
Please note: there is no single downloadable product in the shop, all items are to be delivered by post or courier.
I did find nothing related neither in FAQ nor in google, perhaps I just don't know what exactly to ask.
Please advise. Thank you.

Order Total: Discount Coupon, Group Discount, Low Order Fee, Shipping, Sub-Total, Tax, Total. Please let me know if I get it wrong.
It is already installed for a long (unknown) time.

Re: 'download has expired' for non-downloadable proiducts
Out-of-the-box, Zen Cart works fine for downloadable products when running on Bluehost.
You should start with a fresh clean install of Zen Cart, then set up a test downloadable product in the clean empty store, and confirm that it can be purchased successfully.
Then commence the process of migrating your old store over. http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?...fferent-server
You really ought to be upgrading to the latest version of Zen Cart. v1.3.8 is not only obsolete, it also has security problems.

All items are in cardboard boxes. They cannot be downloaded. why this message appear?
We will update it undoubtedly, but now migration has top priority.
Thank you.
Re: 'download has expired' for non-downloadable proiducts
Apologies, I missed that you had said there are no downloadable products in your store.
But, my point still stands: Test a clean fresh install, to satisfy yourself that a clean fresh uncustomized install of Zen Cart works properly in your hosting account. Then progressively add back your own features ... until it breaks. Then you'll see what's caused the malfunction.
Again, it's very possible that your problem is that your site has been altered by an unauthorized visitor, and you'll need to do a thorough cleanup. And since many of the steps involved in an upgrade are quite similar, your cleanup activities lend themselves nicely to being part of your upgrade process.
