FedEx Web Services: ERROR: Meter number is missing or invalid.
Hi all,
This is probably a two-part question, but this error keeps on cropping up with my shipping page for the FedEx web services module from Numinex.
I've tried using my developer details with the meter number AND with my client's account number (leaving the meter number blank as I understand from reading around that this is sent from Zen Cart??). I STILL get this error:
Error in processing transaction.
ERROR: Meter number is missing or invalid.
On to the second part of my question; as I am developing this for my client who already has a FedEx account (not developer account) does SHE need to have this account linked to the production server? I'm guessing that I can't do that for her???
Anyone done either of these? Help MASSIVELY appreciated!!!

the storeowner would have to do it using the matching fedex acct #
