Search Function Not Working - The connection was reset after adding 100000 new produc

I've been using ZenCart successfully for a number of years. Recently, my client used Easy Populate 4 to add ~150,000 new products to their store and since then whenever a search is done with keywords that would need to scan all of those products at once, we get this: 'The connection was reset.'

I presume that the search is too taxing on our server (hosted by GoDaddy) and that it just can't query properly for some reason.

Any help with this would be great!

Anyone really serious about their online business should not be hosting with GD
