Order confirmation emails not being sent to me
Order confirmation e-mails are not being sent to my email address. All orders are supposed to have a confirmation sent to my gmail account. This used to happen rarely, but now its happening all the time.

Your customers may not be returning to your store to complete the confirmation of the order.
If you are using Paypal, do you have the return page set up?

I don't think so.The orders are confirmed because the complete invoices show up in Zen Cart and the payment is completed.

What email protocol are you using? Are you able to just send yourself an email? Do you have archive emails turned on in the email section of the admin configuration? When logged on to gmail, do your emails appear in the spam or other junk mail folder?

Yeah, the problem was that gmail was marking the messages as spam. Ha -- how silly. It labels them as spam even though its being sent from my own email address. Thanks for your help!

Well, supposedly if using the smtpauth protocol that type of thing is not supposed to happen. But if using say php protocol, then more than likely to be marked. Supposedly a difference being that one is "signed" while the other is not. For setup, others have recently asked that question. Can search the forums.
Glad found out what was happening, at least made a quick "solution". :)
