Sites stopped working after installing Ultimate SEO for Zen 1.5.1

I installed and reinstalled Ultimate SEO and site stopped working. Admin area still works.

Any suggestions how can I troubleshoot it?

Main URL just come back with empty page.

Did you check your /logs folder for error logs?

Yes, no logs.
I tried to load files separately. Zencart works until i load this file: ultimate_seo_urls_212\2_new_files\includes\auto_loaders\config.seo.php

On the side note: Anne, you guys have great templates. I just loaded one of your free ones and it is great.

Asking for help in the existing support thread will be the fastest way to get help :) If you are running an official version of Ultimate SEO URLs >= 2.200, please post answers to the following questions in the support thread

• Current Version of Zen Cart?
• Was Zen Cart upgraded from an older version?
• Was Ultimate SEO URLs previously installed?
• Was any other tool generating alternative URLs for Zen Cart previously (or currently) installed?
• Contents of your .htaccess file?
• What is the website (a link - so we can see what is happening)?
• The messages displayed when installing / upgrading the module (step 5)?
• Any error / warning messages (Zen Cart debug logs or web server / php error logs)?
• Are you saying you are uploading the files one at a time and then checking after uploading each file to see if the site is still working?
