80040b1a - Authorization failure. Perhaps username and/or password is incorrect.
When I installed the module, I went to configure it, and I notice there is no place to put the password given by USPS
where does the password go? is this why my Authorization is failing

You do not need the password any longer with USPS ...
Check your user id is entered correctly ...
If still a problem, you can PM me your user id and I can test it for you ...

Call USPS and have them enable your code for the Production Server ... they are open until 11:00pm EST if I am not mistaken ...
I knew it was to easy to get this going :)
USPS - I will give them a call tomorrow, I don't believe they are open on Sundays

I guess mine is the same result.... call USPS. I am getting the same message. I also just signed up today for the USPS Web Tools. Does it take some time for it to become live on its own? I did get my webtools ID already, which was surprising how quick it came since it is Saturday.... but do I have to wait?
It will not go live for the Production Server until you call USPS and have the activate your code for it ...
