Question about firstdata customized authorizenet

hello,

I am configuring the FirstData merchant account for my client. here is the instructions..

which is asking for some changes in the file "authorizenet.php" in /includes/modules/payment directory. In this directory there is also two other files which could be touched and updated with the changes which is required for authorizenet.php file. These two files are :
authorizenet_aim.php
authorizenet_echeck.php

does anyone know if these changes to the other two files ( mentioned above) is needed? The clinet is only processing CC at this time..

Changing the other files would be irrelevant, since the firstdata article you're following requires using Authnet SIM mode, which the authorizenet.php file handles.
