Only PayPal enabled yet option to enter credit card numbers still on payment page

I just upgraded my cart from v1.5.1 to v1.5.3 today.

When I was placing my 'test order', and I got to the payment page, it has the option to choose 'credit card'.

So I went to admin>Configuration>credit cards and ALL options are now set to "0" yet the place where you enter your credit card number and info is still showing up on the payment page! :shocking:

Also in "admin>modules> payment" I do NOT have anything selected there except PayPal Payments Pro and PayPal Express Checkout. I put my site down for maintenance until I can get this figured out! HELP!!!!!!

Wouldn't ya know I find the answer immediately after I posted this??? Sorry!!! In case someone else is having the same problem, the way to fix it is to un-install Paypal Payments Pro.
