Elavon Payments- InternetSecure - can I use it?

Considering a Zen Cart store & wish to use Elavon's gateway Internet Secure, any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

There doesn't seem to be an Elavon module available for Zencart.

This is the elavon module http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=573 I'm using it currently on 1.5.0
However it needs some edits to work with the latest zc versions
