I tried uploading the files to my website but it tells me that some of the files are not allowed to be uploaded to the site. I use webs and don't have a premium membership. Just the free site.
Is it possible to install this program on a pc?

You can use XAMPP (https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html) to create a local web-hosting environment into which you can install and fiddle with Zen Cart.
It appears that the have their own (not free) ecommerce software, so they may not allow other store programs. You don't want to use 'free' hosting with Zencart, anyway.
Thanks for the reply guys. I will give that software a try.
I don't want to bother you but why wouldn't I want to use Zencart with free hosting? I don't know anything about Zencart yet. Just trying it out. I currently use paypal buttons on my site and it works ok. It's simple but doesn't offer much for customizing.
Mainly because there's not really any such thing as 'free'. It looks like your chosen host adds their 'branding' to your 'free' site, which, in my opinion, would make your store look amateurish. The method lat9 referred to would be a better way to go if you just want to check Zencart out.
