Questions in returns/refunds

Hi,

Does the core Zen-cart allow for returns/refunds. I did a test purchase using the USPS and Taxcloud mods, I got me desired shipping options from the USPS and also got the appropriate sales tax. Now the Taxcloud site shows the tax has being charged and purchased not as a test.

SO i need to do a return and issue refund, so the tax is removed from Taxcloud.

Do i need an additional module if so which one is recommended?

What payment method did you use? The built in PayPal and Authorize.net methods provide an admin-level refund interface.

Check/Money Order was used. Client hasn't provided me with their Paypal info yet to get it configured.

You might take this question to the TaxCloud forum. I don't know what, if any, provision they have for cancelling orders.
