Can't Login. New Password doesn't work.
Hi,
I just took over support for a business with two Zen Cart setups, both v1.5.1.
One is accessed every day and has no problems.
The other doesn't get accessed very often, and the other day when I did, the login said the login name or password wasn't correct.
Figuring it had expired I requested a new password sent to my email address.
Note this not the original address of the other IT guy, but my personal email address.
We do not have access to that address since the other IT guy is apparently dying in a nursing home.
But I was sent a new password, which didn't work. Nor did the second or third one.
It still said the name or password weren't correct.
I assume 'admin' is correct, so the password is the problem.
Now today when I tried it again with another new password, it doesn't tell me it's incorrect, but instead changes the page URL from:
http://texastattoostore.com/build/login.php
to
http://texastattoostore.com/build/lo...from=index.php
and nothing else happens.
This is my first Zen Cart setup and I could use a little help.

I imagine "admin" is not likely the actual username.
Here are instructions for doing a reset: How do I change or reset my Admin Password? ... This will let you add a new "Admin" user with password "admin", and then use that to fix the other existing admin users as required. Delete it when you're finished, from the Admin users menu.
